  • We all hold agency over our own lives and know ourselves and what we need more than anyone else. I am not here to decide for you, but to help you unearth your truth and work as a partner to support your growth and goal attainment.

    I'm heavy on honesty and encourage this from all parties throughout our journey together while supporting you with true listening, candor, empathy, and light.

    I typically conduct sessions via phone, but other options are available according to your preference.

  • I utilize exploratory questioning to help you get to the heart of your matter. In addition to holding sacred spaces for discussion, I create worksheets, materials, and resources to support you through self-discovery.

    After you gain clarity on your goal, I shift gears and focus on helping you identify tangible and feasible ways to stay on track with attaining your desired goals. As linearity is not practical in real life, I also help you re-focus and re-shift when needed.

    In this capacity, I do not operate as a therapist, this is not a substitute for therapy.

  • Intro Session: Book a 30-minute call and fill out the coaching form to decipher if this is the right coaching fit. Don't worry, this part is free!

    Paperwork: If you decide to move forward, fill out the required paperwork, agree to your payment preference/plan, and set up a coaching schedule.

    Coaching: After the paperwork is set, we're ready to go! We'll begin 1:1 coaching at the date and frequency agreed upon.
