WELL-BEING EDUCATION FOR INDIVIDUALS & THE COLLECTIVE

QUESTIONS

Asking the big questions to help you navigate the root of your matter & the root of our matter.

WORKSHOPS

Investigating well-being & accompanying sustainable practices. A communal space to dig deep.

COACHING

Individualized support for people looking to identify & dismantle barriers in the way of personal well-being.

PODCAST

Honest conversations, questions, & interviews centering wholeness, introspection, culture, & community.

CLASSES

A different kind of classroom that prompts us to unlearn & reimagine our relationships with self & others.

ORGANIZATIONS

Supporting organizational well-being through tailored workshops & intentional people management.

We celebrate wholeness as a form of well-being & encourage story-sharing as a tool for connectedness.

Root of Noor is an intentional space for individual & collective learning. Throughout our work, we embrace both the root & the bloom, the light & the dark, & the highs & the lows of our human experiences while lovingly tending to the root of our matters.

AMINAT SALIHU, M.A. PSYCHOLOGY—FOUNDER

At the heart of it, I’m an orator, writer, educator, & certified coach. But mostly, I’m a professional question-asker. I design culturally aware instructional material rooted in honest well-being for individuals, communities, & organizations.

My favorite ways of helping people unlearn & reimagine life themes are through prompting radical reflection, hosting workshops, coaching, podcasting, & curating really, really good conversations.
